As an independently owned practice, these policies help us keep our doors open to every pet who needs us, support our team, and ensure we can continue to serve the Davidsonville community for years to come.
Cancellation Fees
- Doctor appointments: There is a $75 cancellation fee for missed appointments or appointments that are canceled without 1 business day’s notice. Please note that Monday appointments need to be canceled by the close of business on the Friday prior.
- Surgical, dental, or drop-off procedures: There is a $150 cancellation fee for missed appointments or for appointments canceled without 1 business day’s notice. Please note that Monday appointments need to be canceled by the close of business on the Friday prior.
- Technician appointments: There is no cancellation fee for a missed tech appointment.
Credit Card Surcharge Fee
- There is a 3.5% surcharge on credit card payments. Payments made with a debit card, check, or cash will not be subject to this fee.
